A Downtown Greensboro NC Engagement Session

These two are getting married tomorrow!!  And I wanted to kick off their wedding weekend with some of my favorite images from their engagement session.

Megan loves architecture and their wedding is at Suite 300 in the Kress Building, so it only made sense to have their engagement session downtown as well!  We were able to wander around to all her favorite spots to capture images that are so personal to them.

It was incredibly windy that day and a lot of the time we couldn't even find refuge hiding around the buildings.  But we made it work and laughed at ourselves about it!  The crazy elements that may seem a little stressful at first, are really what you remember about the day.  The fact that poor Megan had to keep stopping to fix her hair and reapply hairspray; getting Brad to laugh by talking about how crazy we look; and taking wind breaks when the gusts got too strong.  It made it fun and relaxing and those are the things you'll look back on.

The downtown Greensboro skyline was our grand finale and it definitely didn't disappoint!  We were even able to get a gorgeous cotton candy sunset to top it all off.  It was Megan's idea to incorporate the old train cars with the sunset and it turned out perfect!

I can't wait to share in your wedding day!
